How many unique ducks are there?
Steam’s feature list says “sort over 4,000 unique rubber ducks.” Progress trackers in community footage show sorted out of 4,010. Use 4,010 as the working denominator and 4,000+ as the marketing floor.
Unique means unique looks, not unique IDs we have

Why is my duck count wrong?
Players report missing colorways, extra ducks, and counters that stall. Most stalls are physics or a hide, not a new DLC duck.
